The Japanese company Toshiba is considered one of the most important global technology industry companies for many decades, and before the entry of the 2000 years the company had a distinguished position in the international technology market, especially with its desktop and laptop computers, but it seems that the company is no longer able to impose its image on this. market.

Sharp decided to rename the new division Dynabook.

Sharp has exercised its right to acquire the rest of Toshiba's stake in Dynabook amounting to 19.1 percent, which means that the company has become wholly owned by Sharp, which is confirmed by Toshiba itself, although the process dates back to last June, to finish Thus Toshiba has been in the computer market for over 35 years.

The fierce competition is one of the reasons for Toshiba's withdrawal from the computer market, especially with the emergence of other competitors such as Apple and Lenovo or HP.
