The new service is provided free of charge at Samsung service centers in 19 markets around the world, and it includes Argentina, Chile, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, the United States, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

The company plans to expand the service soon to include Australia, Austria, Canada, the Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Panama, the Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
